Banana Nut Ice Cream
In large bowl put:
1 ½ cup of sugar and beat good.
1 can of eagle brand milk (I use store brand just as good and
2 cans of evaporated milk (2 cup size)
2 tablespoons of vanilla
Beat good again then add:
6 banana's mashed up with a fork
1 ½ cups of finely chopped pecans
I have a little grinder that I use, you don't want big pieces in it.
Then put it in the ice cream freezer and add whole milk up to the top.
