2 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/3 cup of cooking oil
1 ¼ cup (approximately) of buttermilk enough to make the dough come into a ball
Stir all the dry ingredients together add oil and buttermilk.
Put out on a cutting board or piece
of foil that has flour sprinkled on it. Turn once or twice have a long pan or skillet that has cooking
oil in it you want to have enough so you can turn the biscuit over in the oil, this greases the top
When all is in the pan put in a 350 degree oven (preheated) until brown and wonderful!!
Get out the butter and jelly!!
