Chicken Bow Tie Deluxe
Jack and I went to an Italian Restaurant tried this dish and loved it, this is what I came up with, a very special Pasta dinner.
Cut up 6 chicken tenders or 2 chicken breasts in small pieces
½ cup of green peppers or red peppers
½ cup of chopped onion and some fresh garlic
Cook the chicken and peppers and onion in:
1 stick of margarine
Into this stir:
3 tablespoons of cornstarch and stir
1/3 cup of Rotel tomatoes minus the juice
2 cups of half and half
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
Cook 4 cups of bow tie pasta add to the cream mixture pour out on a platter cover with parmesan cheese and 4 thick slices of cooked bacon
cut up and scattered over the top.
This will serve 6, enlarge if you have a large crowd.
