Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
Get 1 lb of chicken tenders and cut up in little pieces.
In big skillet put:
1 stick of butter
½ cup of chopped onion
½ cup of chopped bell pepper
2 cups of chopped fresh broccoli no stems.
Cook until done then put:
2 tablespoons of cornstarch and stir
1 cup of milk
1 can of cream of chicken soup
4 ounce can of sliced mushrooms
Don't put water in the soup. Put it in straight.
When all is cooked put one cup of shredded parmesan cheese. I served
mine with 2 cups of bow tie pasta mixed in the sauce. But the next time I
will serve it over rice. Both are good.
Salt and pepper to taste.
When you serve it then put extra parmesan cheese on it, if you want to. I liked it that way.
