4 large eggs
1/3 cup of milk
dash of salt
dash of pepper
Beat well with a fork or whisk.
Put butter in skillet get hot but not burning. Coat slices of
bread with egg mixture put in butter and brown.
If you want to cook more just add more eggs and milk I usually do an egg for each person I am cooking for.
Serve with Maple syrup and bacon or whatever!!
