Cut squash up in thin slices. Soak it in buttermilk or canned
milk something with body. Then get a gallon plastic bag put flour salt
pepper in it and shake. Have about 1 inch hot grease in a large skillet
and put the individual pieces in it not crowding them they cook quick
then take the done ones out and replace with the others.
Just crisp wonderful fried squash.
