1 lb of lean ground beef put in pan. Add
1 large green pepper chopped
1 cup of chopped onions
Cook this until meat is done. Add
1 can of spaghetti sauce like Hunts or Del Monte an envelope
of dry spaghetti sauce and 2 cans of chopped tomatoes (# 2 size)
2 cans of sliced mushrooms. Add
2 cups of water in the mixture
Cook with low heat for at least 30 minutes.
Can also put black olives or green ones in this.
Then cook 3/4's of a package of dry thin spaghetti, follow package directions.
I like the thin best.
Add it to the ground meat mixture.
Serve with a great salad and my French Bread!
Also serve Parmesan cheese on the side.
This freezes great so if you have any left just put in freezer container and bring out when you need a good Italian meal!
