Jan Hagel Cookies
This is a Dutch cookie very different and very good!!
1 cup of margarine or butter melted
1 cup of sugar, blend add
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 cups of flour
Mix well.
Spray 9 by 13 pan with cooking spray and pat mixture in it.
Beat the egg white you have left with a fork and spread over
the mixture, sprinkle with sliced almonds and
bake at 300 for about 25 minutes.
