Lemon Chess Pie
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon cornmeal
4 eggs
1/3 cup of butter or margarine
¼ cup of milk
3 tablespoons grated lemon rind
1/3 to ½ cup of lemon juice (I like mine tart)
1 unbaked pie shell
Beat all with a mixer bake at 350 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes
until set in the middle.
