4 egg whites, with
½ teaspoon of salt until stiff peaks form
1 - 14 oz bag of sweetened coconut
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped pecan or chocolate chips
I use a small ice cream scoop to put it on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper.
Bake at 300 degrees, just until it is brown on the bottom and slightly brown on the top
