Stir Fry Pepper Chicken
2 chicken breasts (I use 6 of Sam’s chicken tenders un-breaded.)
1 large bell pepper red or green
1 large onion.
Cook this in about 3 tablespoons of oil, I use vegetable. Turn
fire down and cook for about
10 minutes to get vegetables tender and chicken cooked.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of flour
3/4's cup of ketchup
1 - 4 oz can of sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Cook slow for about 5 minutes then serve over white rice.
I like to serve soy sauce on the side with this.
