2 lb of lean ground meat
1 extra large can of diced tomatoes
1 can of regular Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 large bell pepper chopped
1 can of pinto beans or two cups of your own
1 large onion chopped
2 cans of whole kernel corn
1 envelope of taco seasoning, dry
1 envelope of Hidden Valley Dressing, dry
Brown meat, bell pepper, onion in large stew pot.
Add taco seasonings and Hidden Valley dressing tomatoes, Ro-Tel tomatoes, beans and corn. Simmer at least 30 minutes or longer serve with cheddar cheese on top and plenty of hot corn bread!! Yum!!!
